The writer not following my guidelines even I reminded through messages. In addition, I requested the correction and double check for the paper so I can approve it before the deadline, but i never got reply. Very disappointed.

I released payment due to running out of time, though I asked the writer revise the paper due to grammatical errors and some sentences being incomplete. I sent 3 chat messages and a request for revision but no luck. Other than that she was timely.

I had a three-part paper she didn't understand to upload them separated. she was missing certain parts in the paper then when we finally were able to communicate she understood but was missing one part on the whole paper, she was good, but don't plan on using her again.
