The connections between the arguments brought up here are somewhat unclear; for instance, how does "measuring achievements by the same criteria" conflict with using "the opinions of professionals"? I especially had difficulty understanding the point made in sentence 4 with "the intention to collect the most significant world achievements in the monolithic paradigm". Stay away! Did not follow directions, when asked to do revisions still did not do the assignment correct after explaining to him thoroughly what needed to be done. Waste of my money will never chose him again!

Requested reworks 3x -- the first time, the paper didn't even correlate with the assignment, and each time there were still run-on sentences and grammatical errors abound. With each rework the content improved a little bit. I'll give them credit for that.
