The directions were easy and worded perfect for the writer to understand. i received a paper that did not satisfy the directions AT ALL. The bad thing is that it was only a 1 PAGE PAPER! i gave this writer numerous times to fix my order, almost a week in fact. my instuction was clear a papper on us constituion instead he kept giving me a paper on management. contacted support they basicly told me thats between me and the writer,so now im out $30 becuase he couldn't get a 275 word 1 page paper correct . i wish i could give -10 ten stars horrible.
