Website usability
Midterm.us website seems very bland at a first glance. However, the important information, such as Pricing, Order Now, Guarantees and Contact, is easy enough to locate on the page. Even so, the color choice is not easy on the eyes. In addition, a couple of the links didn’t seem to work when we tried.
Pricing
The type of academic assignment determines the pricing policy, whether is it an academic essay or a research project. Cost charges are also affected by other factors such as the deadline and academic course level. For a High School academic essay, the minimum charge per page is $12 per page with an 11-14 day deadline. At the higher end of the scale (University level, 24 hour deadline) the price goes up to $29.00 per page. Discounts are offered for larger orders, and there is a structured explanation of this on the site.

Midterm.us has a second-rate client cooperation system.
The live chat system did not seem to be online at all. It also took a long time to get a reply from the customer panel. There is a contact form that allows you to raise questions before an order, and we received a response very quickly before processing our order. However, when we tried emailing again after placing the order, we found the response to be very slow.
Writing quality
The paper ordered was received earlier than the deadline. Therefore, we had ample time to go over it and ask for revisions if necessary.
Unfortunately, we found several instance of spelling, punctuation and syntax errors. The content was not up to University-level standard, because it had numerous repetitions and irrelevant text. Sections of the paper failed our own plagiarism check, although these were only minor issued that could be fixed quickly.
We requested revisions and these were delivered promptly, but even after this there were still errors (including some new ones!), which leaves us to believe it is better to carry out the revisions yourself.

Midterm.us needs to improve the services they offer. To accommodate more customers and reduce confusion, the main page must be redesigned. The telephone support system needs to be improved, and they do not provide testimonials to validate their credibility. Prices were pretty low but even so, for the quality of work delivered, we were disappointed.

This is the worst paper ever!!! Did not follow instructions, took three revisions and an extended deadline by 2 days and still did not get anywhere close to what I needed. She tries to use big words to make your paper look good but neglects the task. The overall content of the essay sucks! WORSE DECISION EVER, SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!!!!

I found some grammatical errors and overall was not impressed by the level of writing. I paid for masters level and to me it seemed lower than that. For the amount of money paid I was expecting better quality. The other writer wrote a better paper for the other topic I asked. I was wondering if I could receive a credit for the lack of quality I received.

I have put 7 days urgency for this research proposal not to be rushed and make it easy for the writer, but unfortunately it seemed rushed and there was a lot of grammar error I had to fix. The writer did a good job nonetheless, however I have paid extra for proofreading by an editor.
