Website usability
Site presentation was quite unique, with various icons on the screen representing all the necessary information and services they offer. Everything can be accessed with one click of a mouse. FAQ section and samples are linked from the main page of the website. Discounts and prices tabs are diffiicult to locate however, as these are not linked from the homepage.
Pricing
The number of pages, deadline, type of document, and quality level determines the pricing. The academic level does not affect the cost.
Discount policy is offered. They propose 10% discount for a paper over 40 pages, 15% for a paper of over 70 pages, 20% for a paper of over 100 pages.
Quality
The quality of writing from this site was pretty poor. Despite the clear statement they have an "innovative and strict quality control system" that makes sure the writers produce excellent dissertations, we found that grammatical mistakes, wrong spellings and syntax errors were all over the place. Sentence construction was intolerable and could not be easily understood.
Deadlines and instructions were not strictly followed. The paper was not delivered in the agreed time frame. In addition, our instructions were not followed, and we had to ask for revisions before the paper was of an acceptable quality. We asked for a discount because of the number of mistakes, but they refused this request and threatened to make the paper available on the internet if we did not pay in full. We felt that this was very unprofessional of them.

However, we found that the response was not at all fast. Despite having three customer service tools, we found that they are very difficult to reach. They are not accessible at all times. Once reached, answers are still not obtained.
Overall, the response from their support reps Is inefficient and unreliable. Sometimes you get an answer - sometimes you don’t. Sometimes you will be lucky to even reach a representative. Their customer support system does not deliver the reassurance that students need.

I gave quotes, notes, and instructions. The first draft was completed very fast, but it had a few errors. I provided the writer with a list of what the errors were that needed revising and the quotes from the specific textbook I was working from that were missing along with a correction about what the poem says. I provided the specific book I am working out of but unfortunately he did not use the same book and just through in quotes in random spots that made no sense. I am down to the wire now and must revise this paper and fix the work myself because his second revision was not done correctly. I was not going to wait for a third so i just paid and I will correct it myself.
