The writer used a referenced dated 1994. Advised to use a current reference for citation. Rather than use a recent source, it was just removed from the reference.The writer does not understand APA style writing. The writer took 8 days to reply to my mentioned concerns about the content of the paper. I had to contact the Support Department. I ended up writing the paper myself and have wasted my money.

Although he tried his best, he did not follow instructions, did not use the programs needed although he told me he had access to both programs. Do not give him works on econometrics... He was cordial, and I am sure he will be able to do other kinds of work. However, I feel it was a waste of my time and money.

The paper is very mediocre at best after telling them what needs to be fixed on several occasions it still got no better. I asked for quotes, there was none. I gave specific instructions that didn't get followed. the paper consisted of a bunch of run on sentences, Misspelled words no punctuation marks at all. I'm beyond disappointed that I wasted my money on this garbage. I only seeked out help because I was scheduled for a c-section during this time period that the paper needed to be done.

Very poor communication skills, I had to chat with support in order for this writer to answer questions about the draft paper uploaded. And when she finally answered me,it was with an attitude. Never again will I use or even recommend this writer 'writer-lucky'. Worst experience ever since I've been busy this company.
