the writer did not complete the job before the deadline in accordance to his profile stating that he did so. The writer didn't understand the task. The assignment seemed like an elementary school student done in and there was no time to redo it. The 12th page was not suppose to be the references page, it was supposed to be the last page of the assignment and the references page was suppose to be an extra page. This was horrible. Never again.

Paper had to be rewritten. Writer seems like a high school kid, not an A+ quality paper but a C+. Had to revise it multiple times in order to be at least close to a decent paper. Had to teach him formatting, and point to the requests made from the beginning.

The grammer is very poor, obviously english is not their first language. there are no in text citations for references, I asked them to use the course material to make direct course connections and this was NOT done.
