The writer did not respond to my request that he fix the problems in the paper. I requested an essay on the history of the gay pride celebrations. The paper he produced does not give the history of gay pride, but is an almost incoherent mess of unrelated topics.The writer clearly did not understand the topic as lead me to believe.
