The writer did not follow guidelines on chosen topic and did not have background knowledge on Human Resource Information Systems. Turned it in 1 hour before due time and was not correct, I tried working with her and extending the time limit. I gave her an extra 7 hours and it still was not completed and she said she had to "look over it". Lack of communication and respect to deadlines.
